The player from Canada was informed his withdrawal request cannot be processed. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
This casino is doing everything possible to not paying you for your winnings. I’ve been many times in dispute with them regarding withdrawal not processed because of some regulations who dosen’t make any sense! Last refusal from them was I can’t do any withdrawal because when I made my deposit, my account was not at 5$ or lower so not eligible for à withdrawal!!! How stupid that can be.
