When I finally decided I’d had enough and requested a permanent ban from the site (and any related ones), I had to repeat myself several times before they took it seriously.

      The support team kept trying to offer "cooling-off periods" and upsell the site’s features instead of just listening. It felt like they cared more about keeping me playing than actually resolving my problem.

      Eventually, they did close the account — but only after several messages insisting on it. Honestly, I’ve played on dozens of sites, and this was one of the worst support experiences I’ve had. I’m playing elsewhere now and won’t be back.

      Generally, the game selection is good. However, as soon as you have a problem depositing a bonus or free spins not being credited, you're connected to a chatbot. These aren't real people, and the chatbot doesn't verify the question. Self-review is only possible via email. I'm curious to see how long that will take. I also don't have a good feeling about this casino, as there are enough complaints here on Casino Guru about them not paying out and having impossible verification requests, which no other casino has.

      A site that shares constant spin on fixing a problem that isn't there. You can deposit money into their account but when it's time to action a withdrawal that account is a problem.
      I'm also concerned that they want you to share multiple bank accounts and multiple private documents with your details for verification. If you've supplied it once and a withdrawal was successful then supplying another different set doesn't sound healthy.

      Basically, I think it is a casino with a good balance of bonuses and RTP. However, when I won and tried to withdraw, I was asked for KYC again.
      At that time, I submitted a bank statement, but it was refused because there was no zip code. I think I used a bank balance certificate last time, but when I asked the chat support, they just gave me a boilerplate message that seemed troublesome and was not kind. I'm currently looking for an address verification document that also includes my zip code. If it is said that it is a rule, it is right. However, this is the first time out of hundreds of casinos that I have been refused KYC due to the presence or absence of a zip code.
