It’s been 13 days nothing but beating me around the bushes I find it funny they want my money right away but take 13 days as of 11/01/2022. And now reading from the reviews it sounds like I might even get scammed I been playing with these guys for a long time now and I have never got the chance to cash out til now. Really how damn long does it take to hit a fucking button? Wonder if they would like it if I say let me play and I’ll make a deposit to you guys in 5-18 days business days that is what a joke let’s hope they pay because i had it with companies like this scamming me of my money it’s got to the point it might be time to take a trip to this damn country.

Yes my account had been verified and I am still talking with them I do not have a problem talking with them or getting a hold of anyone there, I used a bounus they offered me which I deposited 50 dollars in Bitcoin and I was told I can cash out max ten times my buy in after I play through there play through loop which I did, the problem i am having is I wasn’t aware that the process takes 18 days and it toke them 11 days to verify my account which was pushed out for a long time but anyways I talked to them as of yesterday I just looked up the reviews and saw this site and saw 1.8 rating on it which begin to make me think 🤔 are they going to try to scam me reading the other reviews I been screwed by a few other places before it’s tough to find a good reliable place that pays quick and has fair game play it’s like I find one or the other but not both,anyways enough of my bull shitting I am basically complaining about the time it takes to get my withdraw, which no where did I read it takes this long and after the reviews I read I figure I should make a complaint I did everything that was required I have made serval deposits the last six plus months at this casino and I know all about the play through etc I ain’t no rookie and I can read just fine. Need any more info let me know and I’ll do my best to be a assistance thanks.

I have been keeping communication with this company and they have been keeping me updated I just wish they would have posted the time frame of payout before I found out this way, but if everything works and I get paid I’ll still play but this time I’ll know what to expect for time frame payout, they have that damn mythic wolf game I can’t get enough of. But I’ll keep this updated much as I can I talked with with them today and they said there working on it I’ll let you know if and when I get paid. Thanks

Will do I’ll keep you updated. As of today still nothing, I request the payout Oct 19,2022.I not sure how long it takes to press a damn button for real though this has been the longest payout in the history of mankind no joke, I not sure who is running that casino 🎰 but they must be stuck in 1995, because it shouldn’t take 20 days wondering if they had to send a money order in to Bitcoin corporation and wait for it to clear? Because I never had witness such a slow payout. Grrrrrrrrr

I fully understand your frustration, but please understand, that before every withdrawal the casinos undertake a gameplay check as well as KYC and AML check that in some cases can take even weeks, another thing is the variety and accessibility of payment methods are not managed by the casino exclusively. Several factors as the Licensing Authority, geolocation, contracts with the payment providers, and bank restrictions, all have a major influence, so although some payment methods are usually really quick, sometimes it can take much longer for the payment to be processed and this is not always in the "casino's hands."

I can agree with you that the whole process can be done more quickly or more user-friendly, but casinos need to follow certain regulations and processes.

With this being said, let's hope you will receive your withdrawals ASAP

They now switched it to 300 because they said 200 of it was bonus money, which is bullsh** because when I cashed out the 500 I still had 989 dollars and 100 free spins worth 1$ a spin and the customer service rep I was speaking to when I was cashing out the 500 when I asked him about the remaining money 💰 and the spins he said go ahead and play it it’s dead money meaning I can’t cash it out no matter if I win off of it and losing it won’t have any effect on it since I cashed out my 500 with that much Ahead now they pull this bullsh**….. one way or another there finding ways not to pay me my winnings and I still have got a thing yet and why the hell would they wait 23 days to do such a scam move?

This is why this casino has a bad reputation so they want my money right there and now but I cashed out oct 19th at 7 am now it is nov 13th 2022 720pm, that’s a total of 25 days I repeat 25 and half days, still no money and after they stoled 200 from my account they completed whatever scam they got going on. Then they tell me this I have to wait additional 5 *business days correct me if I am wrong but isn’t the Bitcoin market 24 hours a day? And check this out I deposited two times and got it there faster then twenty mins for both but when I want my money I get scammed and still waiting for 25 days that’s how this company does business with its customers just excellent service everyone loves to wait almost a month to get paid there winnings said no one in this world this has been my worse experience ever in the history of my life and I still don’t believe I’ll even get paid because I think these scammers are going to do something else with my money I bet you anything something dramatic will happen just watch I’ll keep you updated there Bitcoin machines sent it to the wrong address or something else just watch and I don’t care what anyone says this is my experience this is what I am going through and this is how I feel about the whole situation patient or not it’s ridiculous so I hope everyone can read this so they can understand what it is like to do business with these people so they can make there own call if they decide to do business with these crooks and like I said I’ll post one more time after this to let you know if they even paid me my money don’t hold your breath because I ain’t I would hate to be a employee there that’s for sure have to lie and steal from people. Now check this out hear me out if I had alll that money right and I cashed out 500 and I was talking to this rep guy and he said congratulations on your win and told me the most I can cash out is 500 because that’s the max cash out I can do right so what did I do I cashed out 500 and the remaining 989 dollars and the 100 spins were still there right and that rep said that’s yours to play you can’t cash that out it’s dead money so I played it but I didn’t play it for six days but before I played it I asked again to a different rep and he said basically the same thing that’s after six days I cashed out I still had all 989 dollars and 100 spins so what gets me is how am I suppose to cash out 500 dollars which they said I can do but still take away 200 of my money ?so tell that company to get there mistakes correct because there rules are retarded basically false advertisement because how can I cash out ten times my buy in when you can’t actually cash it out that’s a lie that’s called false advertising so who ever is running this company needs to go back to school 🏫 and re learn the third grade and maybe the fourth grade on how to write ✍️ and add basic math because clearly it’s false advertising I can’t and don’t understand what this means someone enlighten me on what that means? Because it says I can cash out ten times my money right ? I'm sorry, but I have to repeat I fully understand your frustration. We don't like to see such an approach from the casino, but this is solely up to the casino. We need to give time to Avantgarde Casino to react to this and to try to sort out your complaint if possible. If we would be unable to sort it, the least we can do is close your complaint as unresolved, which will have a negative impact on the already not-good casino reputation rating.
