No never made a successful withdrawal. Yes completed verification and I used 50 free spins which would be a value of 100. Won $800 deposited $80 which I stopped at $800 because you can only win 10x deposit per there t&c 's on deposit less then $250

According to our T&Cs, any withdrawal can take up to 18 business days either from the moment the withdrawal has been requested or from the moment the account was fully verified with the relevant verification documents provided.
The customer can expect his withdrawal to be processed and sent by next week at the latest, all according to our T&Cs.

Hello , I requested it to go to a new bank account so my guess is it could take another month. Nightmare getting a withdrawal from this site.
I received the money case resolved . Feel sorry for trying to discredit the company's name. They paid me the full amount and did not subtract any bonuses.
