The player from the United Kingdom noticed unauthorized payments going out of her account. These payments, made to the company named KYCOIN, were for several unusual amounts and included non-GBP transaction fees. The complaint was rejected because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.

I signed up to WinVegasPlus Casino on Thursday 29th June 2023.


I noticed payments going out of my account that I didn’t authorise and for very strange amounts from a company named KYCOIN-they took 5 separate transactions on 30th June and 3rd July for:


£313.86

£313.86

£156.67

£26.16

£26.17


I did not make these payments, I’ve had no dealings with this company ever until signing up WinVegasPlus Casino. I also got charged a NON-GBP transaction fee for each of these payments, as if I was sending money outside of the UK.


I have never done this before ever!


I would really appreciate your help.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. Could you please advise how you found out that transactions were made to WinVegasPlus Casino? Do you see it in your bank statement? Did you make any deposits yourself?

Hi Kristina,


Thank you so much for your response to my complaint.


I found out about the KYCOIN transactions when I checked my bank statement on my online banking to check how much I had deposited in total to WinVegasPlus.


The deposits I made myself to WinVegasPlus were listed on my bank statement as a payment to Playmatebox.com.


These were for 4 separate payments, 3 for £100 each, and 1 for £25 (£325 in total).


I recognised the unusual amounts deposited to a name I didn’t recognise or for any amount I recognised, especially as I’ve stated before the strange amounts deposited and the transaction charges that were in Euros.


I’d really appreciate you getting back to me as soon as possible.


I am currently unemployed and desperate to get this money back which was taken without my consent.

Thank you for your reply, Rachannauk. I apologize, but it would be extremely difficult to provide evidence that these transactions were conducted by the casino or have any connection to them. It is likely that someone has stolen your payment information.

Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do in situations like this even if we wanted to as we do not have the capacity to investigate such issues. I can only recommend that you contact your bank and possibly the local police department and hopefully, they will be able to assist you.
