It is always easy to deposit, but when it comes to withdraw its a whole other story. First they dont have credit card as an option if u want to withdraw, so i had to use bank transfer and it just says "failed" even if all the numbers are 100% correct. I have had 25-30 e-mails to the support team for 2-3 days, and all they ask is for screenshots (i have sent the same screenshot 3 times now) and then they say they will ask another depart´ment. So i would not recomand anyone to ever play here. If you are a semi big player and get a good win you might have to wait for months to get your winnings out as the withdraw limit is extremely low

I started testing without reading the reviews. Error. Absolutely terrible experience. And I'll say right away that I was in the black, so there's no bitter talk. Or I was in the black if I ever got my withdrawal. So the withdrawal process is as classic as it gets. First of all, the live chat gave me two pieces of information, i.e. 48 hours or 72 hours. Then it was confirmed that 72 hours is the traditional withdrawal time. So when you withdraw on Wednesday, hopefully the money will be in your account on Monday. You are directed to a VIP manager every time in the chat, so that you feel important, but they had a little trouble when the first operator accidentally slipped the VIP manager's ready-made answer into the ether and even apologized for the mistake 🤣🤣. So you only get ready-made answers. You don't get an estimate of the average withdrawal time, etc. Always the same answer and they complain about the congestion and ask for patience and say that they will speed up the process and do everything they can to get you your money quickly, etc. etc. Well, then I surfed a bit on their website and read the terms and conditions section. There I found a great section where it says that the withdrawal really takes 72 hours (Mon-Fri is counted) and that after the previous withdrawal is approved, a new withdrawal request can be made no earlier than 72 hours after the previous one. So in practice, you can withdraw a maximum of once a week. The withdrawal limit is then only €500. Canceling a withdrawal is really easy to do and naturally if the withdrawal is interrupted, the 72 hours start over. In addition, there was a mention that when the department has finally approved the withdrawal, it can then require documents to verify the account, but you cannot do it voluntarily in advance. So it was lucky that I didn't deposit more than €500 and true to my style, I tested the withdrawal when I got my first win of over 100x. Luckily I tested it when I immediately realized that it would last. At that time, I had €600 in my gaming account, so the withdrawal is pending and I spent €100 on betting (no win) so that I wouldn't have to wait a week to close the account. This is a really terrible experience. I can't recommend it to anyone.

Aina sama vastaus ja liirum laarumit ruuhkasta ja toivotaan kärsivällisyyttä ja sanotaan että nopeutetaan prosessia ja teemme kaikkemme että saisit rahasi nopeasti jne jne. No sitten vähän surffasin heidän sivuillaan ja lueskelin terms and conditions osiota. Sieltä löytyikin hieno kohta, jossa sanotaan että kotiutus tosiaan ottaa 72h (ma-pe lasketaan) ja edellisen kotiutuksen hyväksymisestä uuden kotiutuspyynnön voi tehdä aikaisintaan 72 tunnin kuluttua edellisestä. Eli käytännössä voit kotiuttaa maksimissaan kerran viikossa. Kotiutusraja onkin sitten passelisti vain 500€. Kotiutuksen peruutus on todella kätevä tehdä ja luonnollisesti jos kotiutukseen tulee keskeytys niin 72h alkaa raksuttamaan alusta. Lisäksi oli maininta että kun osasto on vihdoin hyväksynyt kotiutuksen se voi sen jälkeen vaatia dokumentteja tilin vahvistamiseksi, mutta et voi tehdä sitä vapaaehtoisesti etukäteen. Oli siis onni etten kerennyt tallettamaan ku 500€ ja tyylilleni uskollisena testasin kotiutuksen kun sain ensimmäisen yli 100x voittoni. Onneksi testasin kun tajusin heti että tulee kestämään. Pelitilillä oli silloin 600€ joten kotiutus on vetämässä ja löin 100€ vedonlyöntiin (ei voittoa), jotta ei tarvitse odottaa viikkoa että pääsee sulkemaan tilin. Aivan hirveä kokemus tämä. En voi suositella kenellekään.

This casino is one of the worst I have ever played at, I requested a very small withdrawal of around 150 euros and they closed my account without telling me why.. I recommend staying away from such casino policies, they only want to eat and when it's time to take a withdrawal they find a reason not to take it.. I did nothing illegal to get me closed and I'm also waiting for the financial department to tell me for a week what happened to my funds.. Casinos like this should be closed and not allowed to operate.. Stay away from this casino

The bonus rules are not fair and the rules mentioned here are not applied. There are different bonus rules. Max cashout is not unlimited, it is only limited to 5 times the bonus received.I request you to check the casino's bonus rules and update them here.
