I told him that I've already done this and she said it was a year ago which it was only 9 months ago she said we do it after do it every year reverify and I was like well hasn't been here. So I don't have the debit card anymore because somebody stole my number and used it so I had to get rid of that card and I don't have anything with my name on it for male because my nothing's in my name so what am I supposed to do know? They won't seem to give me any options..
