I've been a member for about a year or so and apart from the very low low withdrawal limits, i havent really had any complaints... until now. I tried to log into my account just to have an error message appear saying my account is not activated. I contacted live chat and they said that my account had been 'temporarily blocked' and that if i wanted more info i'd have to email support. I did so and a week later they still have not bothered to reply, my account is still blocked and i have had no warning or contact from anybody at all!

HANDS OFF !!! absolute fraud. Withdrawals are only processed after much begging. 3 x 400 euros - then I have to wait another three days until the next payout is processed. Maximum 3000 euros per month!!! I am an absolute high-roller and have left a lot of money there and when I ask about this business policy I get the following answer: The payment plan is set by the finance department for each user individually, depending on the activity and status of the account! ... and that as an absolute high roller and alleged VIP member. Apparently you should also get a personal manager. It's all just lies and fraud...

I wouldn’t suggest this site. #1 is the withdraw amount is max $400 at a time up to $500 a day and then only up to $10000 a month. This is a very small amount if you are like me where you usually don’t withdraw unless you have won a significant amount which is usually over $500 and becomes a long process if you win big. 2nd they are not very transparent with their bonuses. I won over $3000 with my cashback bonus and I looked at the T&Z of the bonus to see what the max payout would be and it did not list anything under the bonus so I thought I was good. But after requesting to withdraw they cleared my balance and said max payout of 5x of the cashback amount, which is Pennie’s compared to other sites. I wouldn’t recommend this site if you are a frequent player and I would give a low score even for beginners as the withdraw amounts are extremely low

Biggest SCAM page i have ever played on, stay away from it. I used their bonus with a wager of 50x which is already a lot, managed to wager it and apply for a withdrawal. They cancelled it and took the money, even after wagering all you can get is 5X bonus amount to withdraw and the rest they take. I have never heard of anythng like this, shows what kind of casino they are. There are so many better options out there so will never recommend playing there.
