The player from Louisiana had requested a withdrawal prior to submitting this complaint. Unfortunately, his winnings hadn't been received yet. The player had provided the name of the casino, luckyacorn.vip, upon request from the Complaints Team. However, we were unable to proceed with the complaint as the mentioned casino could not be added to our database. Consequently, the complaint was rejected.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed.
