Unfortunately, the casino has also become a big disappointment for me. The gains have always been satisfactory, but what's the use if problems keep coming up? The customer service has not been available via live chat for about 1 month (at least for me). - There is usually no response to emails. If so, only after 3-4 days. -Games keep stopping -No/or rare bonus promotions and 100€ maximum conversion factor, not interesting for frequent players -Even if you are fully verified and have already made payments, these are always returned without giving reasons. When I asked, I have not received an answer to this day, which has not finally brought me to the decision to close my account forever. Mind you, I have the 2 highest VIP statuses and this one usually every month. To date, I have not heard of any bonus promotions or prioritized payouts, as noted on the site.
It's a pity that the players are so neglected there, but maybe with these sentences I'll save one or the other from experiencing a bitter one.

Almost 2 weeks ago I won a little less than 60,000 euros at this casino. The casino designs the payouts the way they like it. What bothers me the most is that in the VIP customer chat you can jump in as many times as you want, wait 30 minutes or more and no one answers. The e-mail support replies quickly, but is happy to dodge or not answer questions about the payment at all.
Inquiries by e-mail as to when my winnings will be paid out are generally not answered very happily.
