The player from Puerto Rico had been waiting for a withdrawal since 2023. Despite multiple attempts at re-submitting verification documents and approval of the withdrawal in February 2024, the payout had still not been processed due to claimed delays in the financial department. We had contacted the casino and they stated that all valid withdrawal requests had been paid in full on the 21st of March via Bitcoin. However, the player did not confirm the receipt of funds, leading us to reject the complaint due to lack of response.

I have been requesting this payout since 2023 and their excuse was the verification documents I sent many times diferent personal information documents and they keep denying my payout, then in February 2024 was approved they said they will paid in 7 to 10 business days and it’s already past due and their excuse is the financial department it’s delayed I don’t care I have been waiting months this is an abuse this sites should be closed I have ansiety atacs every day I write this people
