The player from United States had free registration bonus winnings voided due to accusation of double wagering. We are rejecting this case because player never asked for withdrawal, never met the wagering requirements and she used the entire balance.

I won money on a free welcome bonus and made a deposit in order to be able to withdraw my funds like it Tells you in order to withdraw any of your funds you have to have made a deposit so I made a deposit of $30 dollars and then was denied my winnings and was told that I was double wagering when I was not there was only one promo code which was the one in the very beginning from me signing up at the casino the complete fraud and I’m very upset because they’re in these times nobody needs to be ripped off

IDon’t understand what you mean about any relevant information that would support our case I showed you my bonus history straight screenshot from your site showing that I’ve completed up by 100% but there was no other bonuses redeemed I made a deposit to your casino in order for me to withdraw my winnings there was no double wagering and there was no communication other than negative communication of accusing me of something I didn’t do and then not giving me my money

Yeah when I knew I wasn’t gonna get the money is when I f*cking played the bonus so screw this casino it’s a goddamn joke and a rip off in a waste of f*cking money and making a complaint about it has done nothing but been a waste of time
