The player from Sweden is experiencing difficulties completing the account verification. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
So i made 4 deposits and on the last depostit i won 300 euro, so I wanted to withdrawn my winnings, in order to do that the ask me for a verification to send in documents, after a while they told me that my verification was invalid, i sent an image of my ID card and took photo of my bill, so i once again sent picture A4 of another bill, Same here they sent again a email to me telling me that this time they needed my bank account, STAY AWAY FROM THIS CASINO!! They do this so while you wait you play and loose everything

Please understand that KYC is a very important and essential process, during which the casino makes sure that the money is sent to the rightful owner. None of the licensed casinos takes KYC lightly, and I am afraid you will have to go through this process if you want to get your winnings. I would suggest contacting the casino and find out what documents exactly are required and provide them in best possible quality, correct format and as soon as possible. If all the data is accurate, there should be no reason for the casino to delay your withdrawal.
Could you please advise how many days ago you have requested your withdrawal and started the verification process? Do I understand it correctly that you have played your winnings already?
