Paradise 8 Casino - The player's unable to cancel his bonus.

Casino will not remove my current promotion and allow me to cashout my winnings. I have satified the wagering requirements. They claim that there is tab somewhere that i can select to remove my current promotion which would allow me to cashout. No such tab exists. They have to do it manually. This has happened to me once before at another one of their casinos under the same management. I have contacted customer service many times and they keep giving me bogus intrustions that are impossible to follow. I beleive that they are intentially preventing me from cashing out my money
