The player from Poland has been facing issues with a withdrawal of approximately EUR 2,000 divided into two payments. While the smaller portion has been paid, the larger remaining balance is still not processed by the casino and remains 'in progress' despite the support team's declared deadline having passed. After some time passed, the player finally received his winnings.

On September 17, I ordered a payment of approximately PLN 8,000 (nearly EUR 2,000).


Of course, after the difficult fifth verification this year of the same Mifinity payment method.


Mr bet divided this payment into 2 parts. he paid the smaller part after about 4 days. The larger amount of PLN 4,300 has the status "in progress) the deadline declared by the support has passed and I have no money. I was cheated on a week ago that the second part will be paid before 5 days. The time has passed and there is no money. They suggest that I can cancel and make a second payment, But they don't say that it will help. I guess they ask for verification again and they give me another week.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.

That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, please, let us know and we will intervene and try to help you.
