I’ve been a Casino-X member for many years and spent over $16,000 on the site, and always found it one of the most reliable casinos online. Withdrawals were usually processed within 30 minutes, and the old site even showed the average withdrawal time (normally around 2-10 minutes), which was a great sign of transparency.
Since the new site update and redesign, that feature is gone, and payout times seem much slower. I made a small withdrawal at 6:30 PM via Skrill, which is normally processed within that time-frame, but four hours later nothing had been processed or transferred and support gave no estimate on how long it would take, they basically said, you will be paid out and need to be patient. If this gets resolved i will change this review, but as of now . I am so disappointed in how the site is now being managed... and this has been happening over the last month.
It’s disappointing to see Casino-X lose some of the transparency and speed it used to be known for. Hopefully, they fix this soon and bring back the visible withdrawal-time tracker that made them stand out before they lose loyal players.

Withdrawals used to be fast, but for some reason, they're unusually slow this time. They explained that the slowdown was due to a heavy withdrawal load, which I couldn't understand.
