I paid into a bonus and had € 200 paid out to me, the money was in my account within 48 hours. I am depositing between € 20-25 into a bonus. After that, I paid into the offered bonuses several times and was lucky once and then made a payout of € 900. In my lifetime I have deposited no more than € 500 into this casino. My problem: I've been waiting for the € 900 since June 1st, 2021, write to the casino via support and every time I get the same answer that I have to wait 7-21 working days and now I am informed that a reminder has been made to the finance department and apologize to me for the long wait. Do I understand correctly that your withdrawal is still pending inside your account without being processed? Have you been advised why you can’t withdraw your winnings? Is it an internal casino system issue, or it’s related to your account only?
It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed, but almost two months is unusually long time.
