Lucky Legends Casino - Player's withdrawal is delayed.

I won 150 on October 28th waited the 7-10 day time for approval, I was then told I was approved and verified but had to wait another 7-10. After waiting through that I was that there’s a high volume of wins so that’s why I haven’t been paid. It’s now December and I still haven’t received my payment. Also my withdrawal has been escalated more than once but I seems to be in the same place even though it was escalated. I was told I would be escalated again today and I have a attached the previous escalation the casino is lucky legends
