The player from the US is highly dissatisfied with the casino’s services and believes that games are rigged.
Ignition casino is an unlicensed online casino operating in a 3rd world country, using billing trascriptors so credit card companies do not catch on to them. I only play poker on this site, and the poker is so clearly rigged with bots and rigged "RNG" making you lose whenever they want you to. They are not operating in a fair way. Operating without a license should be illegal, as they can do whatever they want without anyone looking over their shoulders or questioning their ethics. I questioned their credibility from the beginning and even asked for a possible refund and was threatened over the phone by a representative that they were gonna send me to collections and such. Ignition poker are bad people, running a very bad and scam website. My disputed amount is the entire amount I have deposited on the website within the past 31 days. I would like every dime wrongfully taken from me given back, no questions asked, and for my account to be closed afterwards and have my name not be in anyway connected to that website.
Dear nbonnie33,
Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I want to inform you that we cannot make a case solely based on what you are describing. Sometimes you might get lucky and sometimes not; that's how casinos and casino games work. I would recommend reading our article about Payout ratio (RTP): https://casino.guru/learn-about-games-of-chance-rtp-variance.
If you have more information that would help our case, please forward it to me. Unfortunately, at this time, if we don’t have any evidence proving that something unfair is going on, or that games are rigged, there is nothing we can do.
Additionally, I would like to point out, that you should never deposit and play in casinos, where you have a bad feeling about their credibility. I recommend you to always take a moment to read the casino's reviews before you start playing to see, if it is meeting your requirements for a good casino. Also, it doesn't neccessarily mean that the casino is bad, if it is operating without a license. As long as players are treated fairly, we don’t think it is a big problem.
Please do not hesitate to contact me if there is anything else, I could do for you regarding your complaint, or if you have any other important evidence, that would help to support your case.
Best regards,
Kristina
Ignition Casino Poker is filled with house bots and such. They are unlicensed, meaning they don't have anyone to make sure nothing is going wrong. Their expired license only covered casino games, not player vs player poker. That should raise alarm in itself. Their poker is unregulated and unfair. If you played on that site for a month, or even a few days yourself, you would instantly realize it, like many many others have, especially recently.
Please understand, that it is very difficult for us to proceed with this case without supporting evidence from you. This is our standard complaint procedure because we need to gather as much information as possible before we investigate each case. If there is any proof that would support your claims, please share it with us, otherwise we will be forced to reject this complaint.
Lol. How would I get ahold of such information? Ask them to see their programming and everything? Come on. Look at all of the complaints about this website, for multiple reason, especially not fair play. They need to be checked and regulated by a gaming commission or something. It doesn't take a genius poker player to realize how rigged all of their poker is.
I haven't won a single dime in I couldn't even tell you how long at this point. I withdrew a VERY small amount ONE time and now all of a sudden I cant even win as much as a $1 buy-in. This is unacceptable. The losing isn't what is unacceptable, sometimes you win, sometimes you lose. I am perfectly fine with it, but only if it is in a fair way. I am not losing in a fair way. The opponents always win on the most pathetic hands. I'll have pocket aces, Ace King, King King, Same suit anything, you name it. They either have ONE number or letter higher than you for high card, or they have some ridiculous 2 and 7 off suit and win with 4 of a kind. I know poker too well, and so do many other people that have raised concern over fair play about this website. If this cannot be taken to further action with you, I will more than happily take it into my own hands.
