Terrible experience. After depositing and playing and having managed, albeit with difficulty, to verify my account by sending a series of documents, which I also think are correct, I have not, for now, but I don't think I ever will be able to withdraw!!! I requested a withdrawal of a few hundred euros (300), but after more than 2 weeks I still haven't seen any euros!! I tried contacting customer support countless times, they always responded with standard formulas and repeated that my withdrawals will be processed but they had a lot of work and queues in the relevant department... in short, the usual excuses for not paying!!!

Probably had one of the worst experiences ever on this casino. Playing the slots was the only good thing, managing to cashout money, KYC my account and trying to have a decent conversation with their support is impossible. Simple welcome deposit bonuses, where you can get up to 200-500€ in bonus money, are already locked with a secret x2 maximum cashout (if you even manage to wager your bonus on there). As I said already, almost every single bonus on their website is locked with a hidden ridiculously low maximum cashout, and even if you think you've done everything right, they will delay your withdrawal for a very long time and find something wrong with it in the meantime. Support is pretty slow and come up with the same standard messages, which don't help any of the cases. Definitely cannot recommend this casino or any of their sister sites, since they have the same system going on over there aswell.

After donating a lot of money, I was lucky enough to win €7,300 at once, but after trying to verify it for a month and a half, I gave up. Something "tss" kept coming up even after the 23rd time trying with the same information I sent to each casino for verification. Sister company xOn also managed to get this approved. The casino Bruce bet on the other hand, I am still not verified to this day (as of a year and a half ago).
While I can't imagine myself being able to deposit money and play the games without any form of age or identity verification. That in itself is completely wrong that after depositing a lot of money you win something back and then have to verify it in order not to have to pay out the winnings. I am disappointed in this casino

Fantastic experience! The support is great! Played and won the first time 1800€, the second time 4500€ and now I got a 20€ bet rapid link and won 10000€ got a major fireball and have done my verification and got everything paid out now just waiting for the 10000€. They are reliable and strict with KYC but, they have their reasons and they follow laws. Beware of Brucebet!!! Brucebet is intentional fraud. I have now forwarded everything to a lawyer. You paid me money. I also paid €20 myself. I then released the bonus and wanted to withdraw €600. Hello, I requested a payout of 2000 euros on January 8th. Requested another payout of 1000 on January 10th. Both payouts were only processed and released on January 16th. The payout I made on January 10th for 1000 euros was paid out to my e-wallet on the same day. I still haven't received the payout that I requested on January 8th for 2000 euros. Basically, this casino has a very good and clear interface to play! That's all very good.
Unfortunately, this casino is not that good with payouts. The first 5 withdrawal requests were all canceled. According to live support due to technical issues with Skrill. After a lot of messages, laborious conversations and the involvement of external people, the money was paid out after more than 2 weeks.
The support was nice, but couldn't help with their standard answers.
I am very disappointed with this casino and would not recommend it to anyone.
Grundsätzlich hat dieses Casino eine sehr gute und übersichtliche Oberfläche zum Spielen! Das ist alles sehr gut.
Leider ist dieses Casino mit den Auszahlungen nicht so gut. Die ersten 5 Auszahlungsanträge wurde alle storniert. Gemäss Live-Support aufgrund technischer Probleme bei Skrill. Nach sehr vielen Nachrichten, mühsamen Gespräch und Einschaltung von externen Personen konnte das Geld nach über 2 Wochen ausgezahlt werden.
Der Support war zwar nett, konnte aber mit ihren Standart Antworten nicht weiterhelfen.
Ich bin sehr enttäscht von diesem Casino und würde es niemandem weiterempfehlen.
