This casino has scammed and stalled with reasons to not pay out my winnings.
First for some unknown reason they had the wrong email address took two days to correct that, then they claim that I did not give enough verification information because they did not recognize that I had given them two pieces of ID when I sent them a photo of the two pieces of ID together. It took them a day to respond to that email when they did respond to that email, they said that they were going to further it to the financial department and that the financial department only works Monday to Friday 9 to 5 and it depends on how heavy their workload is before they will actually get to the case. !!!!

I've played in this casino for over a year now. The last month only I've played over 2.000 euros . I've withdrawn here and there like 100 euros or something and they made it soo difficult to get my money back. Not very good this casino. I played Legacy of Dead and got all symbols in the free spins, 23000 coins on 0.5 euro bet. My best win ever on this slot. So I contact support and she tells me "We do not limit withdrawals from winnings from bonuses or free spins which were credited to your deposit"

Used the welcome bonuses. Won a few thousand dollars. Got down to around 2000aud and bought a feature. After the feature completed my balance was $980. Contacted support and she said 'you have exceeded your bonus bets' with no other explanation. They literally took back the winnings. I will not deposit another cent into this casino. Great casino. Good RTP. Decent bonuses. I won over $200 AUD on a single hit with a very low bet of $0.40 (40 cents AUD), and this happened a couple of times on different games, and I ended up cashing out over $500 from a $45 deposit. I'm not a high roller so I'm pretty happy with that outcome. The game library is huge. One of my favourite game provider is Play n Go, but they are not usually available for Australian players at most casinos so it's great that Winshark has this provider. Nice website design and layout, sufficient deposit and withdrawal methods including withdrawal via EzeeWallet which also is not available at most other casinos for Australians. I would have given them full points but the only negative for me was the withdrawal time took a little longer than some other casinos, it wasn't within 24 hours and they only process withdrawals Monday to Friday which is a little annoying for me because I usually play on Fridays or the weekend which means I won't get the funds for at least 3 to 4 days. Playing here is fun, the selection of games is large and they all run well, without any problems. I have played without a bonus so far, so I have no experience with it. I have won quite a bit, but you can only request a withdrawal of 500 euros. But I have done so 3 times within 24 hours. I have already had 2 withdrawals, and they were processed and paid out within 2 days. Of course, this was only because my account was verified. Update: I had to wait 2 weeks for the first payment of the 3, then nothing happened again. I had no choice but to file a complaint, because I didn't get a reasonable answer.
