Slow withdrawals...and in 2025, that is pretty unacceptable. It should take 10 minutes, once verification is done, maybe an hour or two...but 24 hours later, nothing. So they should not claim fast withdrawals. Next; they automatically apply these pathetic 10 cent free spins on games like Legacy of Dead and Book of Dead without you asking for them. I asked chat service to remove them. They at first said "we cancelled them, refresh your page" and when that didnt work they said "we can't cancel them" which is the most absurd thing I have ever heard. Is it because they want you to use the free spins and then mess up your chances of withdrawing money because they will claim you had an active bonus? This is not okay and sounds very suspicious. You impose a cheap bonus on me that I cannot remove? Makes no sense. Once I receive my money, I will not play here again unless they remove these cheap bonuses... And I will come back here if I don't get my money because at this point, they kind of have me on guard and not fully trusting them.
