The player from United States has requested his withdrawal three weeks ago. It has been pending since due to ongoing account verification. We closed the complaint as ‘unresolved’ because the casino failed to reply.
I copied my driver license 4 of my credit cards front and back a copy of my broadband bill and made deposits of up to the $700 withdraw request. Been waiting 3 weeks and they say I now need to fill out a form that has 6 of the 8 numbers for the credit cards I used. What difference does six numbers make if they got pictures of all my credit cards front and back showing all the numbers. This is a stall tactic. I am sick and tired of this crap.

Please understand that KYC account verification is a very important and essential process, during which casino makes sure that the money is sent to the rightful owner. None of the serious and licensed casinos takes KYC lightly and it might take few working days completing this thorough procedure. If all the data is correct, there should be no reason for the casino to delay your withdrawal.
Afterwards, it’s quite usual for a withdrawal, to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. Could you please advise if it were your first withdrawal in this casino? I hope we will be able to help you to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Thank you in advance for your reply.

Once again I say this is not quite right. Why is it you want me to fill out a form that has blocks for 12 out of 16 numbers reason on your part is security, right? But you have me send the same credit cards showing all 16 numbers via email. Which I did and copy of current ID and a AT& T broadband invoice. I think I did enough to show my identity. Actually more than enough my debit and credit cards are on full display which is way to much via email. Did I fail to mention I have made over 15 deposits all of which have cleared. Now if their was a problem in identity or fraud it would of showed up already. Like I said I have been gambling on the net probably before most of these kids were born mid 90's and I have seen all kinds of stall tactics and this is just another one. It is very rare that you will find a casino that will pay up when player wins if not impossible. If Hallmark Casino pays me I will give them good reviews if not I will make it my mission to debunk them. Also at one point I told them if it is an identity problem then donate the winning to a charity of my choosing....guess what no reply.

We would like to ask the Hallmark Casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’.
Why would you close the complaint unresolved it's totally resolved if they don't reply that they're crooks you know they're not going to pay me they don't reply to any complaints what good are you as a intermediary to to help people out. Say it like it is HALLMARK CASINO ARE A BUNCH OF LOW LIFE CROOKS. SAYING ANYTHING ELSE THEN THIS SITE IS NOT WORTH THE ANYBODYS TIME.
