The player from the US is complaining about unauthorized transactions. We rejected the complaint because issues like this are out of our focus.
Someone pretty much stole my cards and used my phone all personal info while i had family and friends staying with us helping with disabled husband and mom had a stroke son died unexpectedly so we had people staying with us for a few months helping with everything including insurance issues. Some were adult some minors no one knows who do this account and charged a lot of money. Now i’m having trouble getting reimbursed it went as far as them depositing some winnings in my account which i notified them of. I just want my money back then will give them back the money they said i win which i didn’t because i didn’t play. Bank is trying but ducky luck used third party deposits and there are many. Someone took advantage of us at a difficult time and now we deal with this.

Do you see it in your bank statement? Do I understand correctly that you have never registered an account in this casino?

That’s correct i did not open account. We had people staying here. I had a son pass away a mom with a stole and a disabled husband. The people staying were family and friends some with teens. No one will say who did what or if they did. I’m really at the mercy of the casino now. I’ve contacted my bank. Ducky Luck said they would cooperate but i have not received anywhere near what was spent. They had no permission to use cards. We are overwhelmed and now this is added. The host at Ducky Luck has been responding but we will see what happens. I searched my old email saw tons of deposits emailed from Dec-February from them Lucky Duck do i contacted bank first then casino. We will see what happens I had those funds to care for my mom and husband. My mom has fallen ill with a stroke that led to vascular dementia and has fell over 40 times now. She is now in a facility but i pay xtra help there too because they can’t watch her 24/7 as i can no longer either. Unfortunately I was taken advantage of during a difficult time. I’m hoping my bank and Ducky Luck fully cooperates as of. ow i’m at a standstill not being fully reimbursed which is crazy. Any advice? Lisa
Thank you for your reply, lisalemon. I completely understand your frustration and disappointment in this situation, however, please understand that this is in no way the casino's mistake. It would be close to impossible to prove that it was in fact someone else who created the account and deposited using your credit card, therefore we cannot penalize the casino as they did nothing wrong. I am afraid that the issue regarding stolen identity and/or funds is for the local police department and not us. We would really like to help, but it is impossible for us this time.
