The player from the US had expressed disappointment with advertised prizes for deposits over $50 that appeared to be expired and unusable. The player had won a $50 free chip which was expired when he tried to redeem it. We had asked the player several questions to further understand the issue and had extended the response time by 7 days. However, due to the lack of response from the player, we were unable to proceed with the investigation and had to reject the complaint.

This casino advertises the chance to win numerous prizes if your deposits are over $50.00. The prizes you receive are all expired and unusable. They are false advertising and they should have stopped advertising the second the game ended,but they havnt they cannot act like they offer players incentives that are unobtainable,or unusable if obtained. I won a $50 free chip but I tried to redeem it 20 minutes later and found its been expired for a month. How can this be fair?
