No, my account was never verified—they never requested any documentation from me. I have no problem verifying my account if needed.

All my winnings were made using real money; I never accepted any bonuses.

My last conversation with them was yesterday, regarding the withdrawal of my current balance. Last week, we discussed the canceled withdrawal and the reason they gave for canceling all my winnings.
