Unsafe operation. Responsible gambling tools failed at the moment they were required.
I requested self-exclusion and account closure after disclosing a gambling addiction. The casino refused, claimed manual action was impossible, and continued accepting deposits. Restrictions were applied only after escalation.
The casino also lacked clear licensing transparency at the time of these events, raising further concerns about compliance and player protection.
