I requested a withdrawal from LegendPlay.com for EUR 200 on 25 October 2025 after depositing and playing normally. The customer care confirmed my account does not need to be verified and no bonuses or wagering applied.
After around 10 days including 6 working days, the withdrawal still showed "Under Review." Customer support repeatedly apologized but never provided a factual update, reason, or timeline. They say they are not part of finance team and cannot help further. It's like they are trained to apologize but not actually give out any timeline or dates. When I pressed for details, my account was excluded and I lost access to my account.
LegendPlay is operated by Novaforge, reportedly based in the Marshall Islands and claiming an Anjouan Gaming Authority licence. I share this so others are aware of my experience before depositing in such casinos owned by Novaforge. Only deposit in casinos run or licensed by UK and Malta or other strict regulatory authorities.
