I registered here because I read really good reviews. I have to say that I have spent a lot of money here and, for example, when I deposited €50, I only got a maximum of €80, and not always, but every five times. I don't know that from other casinos. There you certainly have the occasional big win (over €100) and here it's almost possible to get €100 if you play with a stake of €0.50, which isn't exactly a small amount.
I did have a nice VIP manager who gave me a bonus of €80, but it was also tied to sales conditions.
A few days ago I wanted to close my account here and was told that it was being processed. Normally the account is closed immediately by customer service. But that is not the case here in this casino. You cannot close the account yourself either.
I just asked in the chat what was going on with my account closure and he said I had to contact my VIP manager and he would have been happy to forward it to his superior. After I then wrote to him relatively clearly that it did not comply with the guidelines and that the account had to be closed within 24 hours and that I had no great desire to leave a bad review on the usual forums, such as Casino Guru, it suddenly said "your country is blocked" and he simply kicked me out. Then I wanted to log in again and it said that my user profile had been deactivated. So regardless of whether a customer wants to close their account there, this is not how you treat customers. It is really cheeky.
So I would think twice about playing here. I can say with a clear conscience that it was the right decision to close the account here at this casino.

Vor ein paar Tagen wollte ich dann hier mein Konto schliessen lassen und es hiess es würde bearbeitet werden. Im Normalfall wird das Konto normalerweise vom Kundendienst sofort geschlossen. Hier in diesem Casino ist das aber nicht der Fall. Man kann auch nicht selbst das Konto schliessen.
Eben habe ich gerade im Chat noch mal nachgefragt was mit meiner Konto Schliessung ist und er meinte ich müsste mich an meine VIP Managerin wenden und er hätte es auch sonst gerne noch mal an seinen Vorgesetzten weitergeleitet. Nachdem ich ihm dann relativ unmissverständlich Geschrieben habe, dass es nicht den Richtlinien entspricht und das Konto innerhalb von 24 Stunden geschlossen werden muss und ich keine grosse Lust hab eine schlechte Rezession zu hinterlassen auf den gängigen Foren, wie hier zum Beispiel Casino Guru, stand auf einmal „ihr Land wird blockiert" und er hat mich einfach rausgeschmissen. Dann wollte ich mich noch mal einloggen und dann stand dort, dass mein Benutzerprofil deaktiviert wurde. Also unabhängig davon, ob ein Kunde sein Konto dort schliessen möchte so geht man nicht mit den Kunden um. Das ist richtig frech.
Also ich würde mir überlegen, ob ihr hier spielt. Ich kann guten Gewissen sagen, dass es die richtige Entscheidung war das Konto hier in diesem Casino zuschliessen.

I made several deposits there and selected NO bonus each time.
I like to play a little higher and sometimes do bonus buys. What I only saw at the end was that the casino credited me with a €1.50 bonus a total of 11 times without my consent.
This means that if I had withdrawn my entire balance and winnings would have been canceled because I had broken the bonus terms and conditions.
No reputable casino will ever give bonuses to the account without consent and automatically while playing. The chat said I could have turned it off. But, I have already selected NO BONUS when making my deposits and I then assume that I will NOT receive any bonuses.
So I was depositing real money the whole time but ended up playing in fun mode because I would never have received a payout.
The casino is trying to lure players into a trap, hence the small amounts of €1.50.

What the casino writes is not correct. I have a screen shot from support that these bonuses have wagering requirements. I also have a screenshot where the bonus history clearly shows the message "sales fulfilled". At the time I was playing there, the €1.50 bonuses definitely had wagering requirements. It's great if they've changed that now, but that doesn't change the fact that I would have violated the sales conditions at the time and the casino would have canceled my winnings.

Was das Casino schreibt stimmt nicht. Ich habe einen Sreenshot vom Support, dass diese Bonusse Umsatzbedingungen haben. Des Weiteren habe ich einen Screenshot, wo im Bonusverlauf eindeutig die Meldung zu sehen ist "Umsatz erfüllt". Zu dem Zeitpunkt als ich dort gespielt habe, waren die 1,50 € Bonusse definitiv mit Umsatzbedingungen. Toll wenn die das jetzt geändert haben, das ändert aber nichts daran, dass ich damals gegen die Umsatzbedingungen verstoßen hätte und mir somit das Casino meine Gewinne gestrichen hätte.
