No matter whether it was a no deposit bonus or a free spin bonus, in both cases it didn't work even though a deposit was made as stated! The no deposit bonus was not given even though the amount was in the balance together with the deposit! I didn't even try to claim the amount of 9.10 euros I won in the 100 free spins.
All in all I am 100% disappointed with this casino. I don't know how they get such a rating???
The customer service also leaves a lot to be desired. I spent a good hour in the chat but only received a brief response twice!
Overall, I am very disappointed with this casino! 👎

They will change the rules of a no deposit bonus just to get you to deposit. Was promoted as a NDB but because i won over $100, then they change the rules and say this bonus cant be wagered in the 'Bonus Wagering" games section. Also I understand that this is that kind of bonus, my argument is that there is the 'Wager Bonuses on these games" down drop down menu underneath it which suggests that this bonus is eligible for these games to wager your bonus funds on.

I deposited with Bank to Bank method via "Rapid Transfer". I won some money and choose "Rapid Transfer" as withdraw method. They sent me the money to Skrill wallet. And after long discussions they completely denied it, eventhough i sent the proof with whole pictures. They still denied it. It proves that there are just bunch of amateurs working that have no clue on the simplest things on casino industry.

All the bonus condiitons are heavily stricked so that you cannot win much on any bonuses. For beginners maximum withdraw amount per day is 185€ only. Everything is capped at 10x max win per bonus.

These are just amateurs. I have used Rapid Transfer 500 times, but they have no idea what is the payment method which proves that they dont know casinos really. Never had any problems with any other casino. They sent my money into wrong wallet that player requested, and they STILL deny it that I was the one who made a mistake. LOL

Hello, so before I actually read the reviews on casino guru before I play in a casino, I was a bit ambivalent about gama. Gama Casino seems to be having payment problems and keeps lying to me.

I filed a complaint with Casino Guru because Gama failed to comply with player protection. The Casino Guru team was able to help me with this and the casino assured me that they would issue a refund.

After almost 3 weeks I was finally sent an email that the money would be sent to my Neteller account. I waited but nothing happened.

Then Gama claimed it was because of Neteller. Neteller then wrote me a message that it was not their fault and that the casino was lying.

Then Gama asked for my bank details and promised me that they would transfer the money immediately. Now nothing happened again and the chat is absolutely not helpful.

So it seems that Gama Casino is having payment difficulties and therefore I want to warn you here. Playing at a casino that has problems with payments can lead to many problems for the player.

I only hear new excuses there every day, as one is used to from dubious casinos.

The worst casino experience i ever had regarding the withdrawal!! I open account in Gama Casino i deposit 2-3 times via Jeton wallet.. i win some money not big ..and I decided to withdraw my money..i verified my account ( my account was fully verified) and I did a withdrawal request! After a 10 min my withdrawal was rejected and the info was i still need to verify my payment method!! But there is no option to verify your payment method only id and address! I contacted the support and they told me to upload a print from my Jeton wallet with all my info visible!! I upload the print screen and i get confirmation from support that my account is fully verified and now I have can make a new withdrawal request!! I did on Sunday night and Monday morning I see that the withdrawal was color green and it was completed..but the strange was that my withdrawal amount was credited back to my casino account! I contacted the support and Eric from support told me that there is issue with Jeton and that Jeton have some technical issues..and they send my money to Jeton but Jeton send it back..😕😕 I immediately contact the Jeton support and they told me that they don’t have any technical issues and that nobody try or send money to my account so they have to send back!! So it was lie from support !! Then I contact the support i presented with the facts with print screen from my conversation with Jeton support!! Extremely bad treatment from the side of the casino. Everything works wonderfully until you want to withdraw funds - that is when the problems truly start.

When verifying your account you are not asked for proof of payment method, and no one tells you this is needed unless you ask the chat. They just keep on cancelling your withdrawals even if you are fully verified and stall with the verification of the payment method with zero help from staff.

Total scammers that you should avoid.

I will inform you IF I ever get my money.

EDIT: I have tried to withdraw my funds for three hours but they keep making up excuses and reasons why it is not possible. This is unfair and seems like blatant harassment. They cancel the withdrawals saying that I provided an incorrect payment method or that I have not provided account information at all. None of this is true. They treat people very unfairly and need to be avoided.

EDIT 2:
I have fought for six hours and they keep making up excuses. More and more excuses. The latest one is that they have technical problems with card payments. They refuse to pay me with Bitcoin because I have deposited with card. Total scam. I will never see my funds.
