The player won the bonus round with the result being 8 spins at 15x a line and then the game froze and a message popped out saying a technical error had occurred and the bonus wasn't played out. He then reloaded the page, signed in again and expected the game to continue but it didn't. Then he looked into his history and it could be seen that he had won the bonus round but it wasn't played out. He then played one spin to see if it would win the bonus round but it didn't. He contacted the casino about it but still, nothing was done about it.
