Upon making several deposits, casino for no reason revoked my welcome package, which included 20 free spins daily for 8 days. After 4 days, stated I was no longer eligible for the next 4 days of free spins.

No, I kept asking for one, and all they kept saying was that now without bonus funds, it is more beneficial to me, as there is no wagering restrictions on withdrawals. They said they sent me an email regarding this matter, but they absolutely did not. I kept asking for further explanation, and was denied. I then stated to refund my deposits, as I only signed up due to their welcome package, which they were in breach off. This was also denied.

Hi Petronela,

I believe I made 5 deposits total. I don’t have record of them, because once the casino reneged on their welcome package promise, I then waited another day, and spoke with 3 others agents to ensure they weren’t mistaken. I then asked for a refund of my initial deposit, that was subject to the free spins. They refused, and I proceeded to have them close my account, as it was obviously a scam. They would have record of all of this though. I’m not even looking to have them honour my bonus at this point. I just think the ry should be held to account, and others should know that they are a scam.
