We had concluded that the casino's actions were in line with its Terms and Conditions, which prioritized responsible gambling and the safety of its players. The player's request for a refund had been declined as the deposited funds had been used for gameplay.

I have been locked out of my account. I have a vip 45 level account and I just received a bonus from my host which I accidentally max betted and expressed my emotions to my host about how I felt about the casino then boom no more account. It logged me off and now when I attempt to login it'll display a text box that says account verification required and it goes away and that's about as far as it goes.

I was basically saying I hate how often bc game makes me fumble into max betting or raising my bet without my knowledge. I said that it has taken $800 $400 and right at $100 from me a handful of times. I said I was going to go stand in front of a train and write a suicide note blaming bcgame but understandably I was furious. And it doesn't matter what I say

. It doesn't give anyone the right to take my account or lock me out of my account. That's my progress I've made and mile stones I've achieved through money and time spent. Am I right?

i received an update on the status regarding my account. They've decided a permanent ban was reasonable. They concluded this based on "suicidal threats" made in communication with my host. Out of the 4 hosts that I've had assigned to me and unassigned I've gotten along with them all and they seemed to understand the occasional venting I displayed if the host isn't for the benefit of the account holder, surely they shouldn't play a role in giving you one as a perk/benefit in the casino. The description says they work for the person who they're assigned to. the banning of the account .. how could this be considered as an added perk? Anyone else should be able to ban my account, EXCEPT for my host in my opinion. Conflict of interest. And entrapment are words that come to mind in this case. Bc game isn't responsible for any self harm done by anyone anyway so they're immune to liability. So how can talk of self harm be "intolerable?" They show no sympathy for victims or provide any support for them as well. So why would they consider people with "suicidal tendencies" an easy person to target and strip of all money, and benefits that I should have available to me for reaching vip status that was required by them. The amount of money and time I've devoted into their website shouldn't be terminated based on some mannerisms of mine they may or may not have a problem with. Just mute me. Remove my host from me. Don't ban me permanently without warning. Especially if I've done it prior to this new host and previous hosts have never worked against me like this. It doesn't make sense. The final benefit every one longs to receive ironically played a role in having my account banned. I'm sorry for the rant this is just unbelievable news. Almost like taking your car to a shop and paying for them to break more things on it. The car being a metaphor for my account. And the breakage being the result of my ban. Mute me if my mouth is your problem if my words are your problem. and don't accept my money if you're not okay with providing services to me. Ergo refund. Because your product wasnt what you had advertised just as well.

I was being dramatic about losing my money. The layout of the website is set up in my opinion to make you max bet. If I was going to kill myself I wouldn't tell anyone. Its called venting. Understandable characteristic of someone that loves gambling and participates in high risk betting.
