Andromeda casino is stalling my withdrawal without giving me any explanation.

As per casino terms withdrawals are reviewed latest after 72 hours before they are processed. My withdrawal was not checked for 5 days now.

I request the casino to stick to their timesframes as depicted in the casino terms and process my withdrawal.
