The player from Portugal attempted to withdraw funds on December 7th, but as of December 28th, he has not received any money.
I tried to make a withdrawal on the 7th of December. It was approved and today, 28th of December, I haven't received a single cent of that cash.
I contacted them by e-mail SEVERAL TIMES and all they say is they are trying to fix the problem. What fix? It's very simple: JUST PAY ME MY MONEY.
Untrustworthy casino, dishonest and fake. They're a scam, they're just trying to get all the money from deposits they can get.
23 (!!!!) exchanged e-mails, 21 days and STILL NO FIX.
Don't trust these scammers, don't make the same mistakes I did.
