I know you already are having problems getting complaints resolved but figured what the heck. They need to be reported as any other scam company that's out there but not sure who that would be or where to turn besides here. I have $424 dollars in no deposit bonuses and haven't deposited with them yet(thankfully). I wasn't even trying to make the withdrawal request yet because wasn't sure how much playthrough was even left. I did click the withdrawal button though because was having a hard time finding how much was left to playthrough. The only option was to have a check mailed or money wired. I figured hell in case I am able to win any actual money, lets just make sure all of my info is correct and chat with someone to get the verification process moving. I already know about all the hoops you have to jump through to actually get them to approve anything. I wish I would've seen the reviews first but thankfully I found this site. When I clicked my info it said I was in Illinois instead of Indiana. I honestly don't think I clicked it but maybe I did I don't remember. Anyways I clicked Indiana and hit save and it tells me my username can only contain characters or numbers and resets my state back to Illinois. I've already registered over a week ago and my username is hurls80. Also there's no way to update your username in that area. I clicked chat for support and the told me that I had to deposit money for them to have full access to my account and they would make the changes. I told them that it's unlawful for any business to actually have complete access to your account to make changes like that and was in the process of telling him he was either trying to bribe me or threaten me I wasn't sure but the abruptly ended the conversation. Attached are screenshots of the conversation and also the error screen when I tried to update to correct information.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. Please understand that providing false or incorrect personal data is absolutely prohibited in all online casinos. I would strongly recommend avoiding this kind of action in the future and making sure all the provided information is correct before starting play. However, I understand that you didn’t do it intentionally.

Despite the casino's willingness to implement a change, the requirement of placing a real money deposit as a condition for the change does not appear to be a user-friendly solution.

Do I understand correctly that only No Deposit Bonus winnings are withheld inside your account?

Yes and I started out only trying to find how much playthrough I had left and can't find it. That's when I started looking through all categories. After I sent complaint, I also found this to be very suspicious (see screenshot below). Somehow my profile info is correct on cashier page when you click my name, but in the settings where you can click your info it's completely different. I'm telling you I swear I'm about 90% sure I chose the correct state that I am in. In the pics it shows 2 different states! Sounds sus to me.

Unfortunately, I would like to inform you that since this casino has 15+ cases closed as "No Reaction Policy" we are forced to close your complaint as "unresolved". This will affect the overall rating of the casino. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue however, the decrease in rating caused by unresolved complaints could change the casino's approach.

Regrettably, it seems to be a common practice of Vegas Rush Casino to ignore us completely in our attempts to mediate any kind of issue. Please check all our previous failed attempts to negotiate.

We have sent numerous emails and tried to communicate with live chat representatives as well as with affiliate team members. Unfortunately, all efforts to resolve any kind of issue have died as the complaints grew in numbers. We strictly recommend staying away from Vegas Rush Casino. I wish I could be of more help.
