This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.

Hi. No I haven’t received any money From the casino I have contacted them again and they saying the same thing all the time for you have to wait for you will be there. I still got another 500 sitting in the request box I’ve gotta get out as well
