I tried to withdraw $1000 last year and they said I didn't follow the rules and they kept my money. Last week I tried to withdraw $1600 and they kept that too, they said I was mixing funds. Not Good

Yes I am verified, two weeks ago. Winnings were with real money. March 23 I received this email
