Based on my personal experience, I strongly advise caution with this casino. Deposits go through instantly, but withdrawals seem to be extremely delayed. I requested a €500 withdrawal on 28th November, and as of 5th December it is still showing as "pending," even though my account is fully verified.

Live chat keeps giving me the same repeated responses, and email support is not offering any clear updates either.

This has been very frustrating, so please be careful and do thorough research before using this site.

I made a withdrawal, and after three days, it was suddenly canceled. I contacted support, and they seriously wanted to tell me that I canceled it myself. OK, I made another withdrawal, and it's been pending for four days now, even though it was fully verified. Verification is impossible, though. They request documents, and if something is wrong, they don't even inform you.

Lowest rtp ever winnings are non existent . They gave me a bonus where I won 5k euros , I had to clear a 15 k wager and in the end I was only allowed to withdraw 250 eur in a 10 k monthly deposit !!!

I joined the casino on the off chance it would be good.
Wasn’t too disappointed, but i had to work hard to get into a decent flow of profit.

So at first glance and initial sign up / verification I was really impressed with this site. Deposits were seamless and instant via Visa card payments.
Games are ok and seem to have a good RTP.
But the issues began as soon as I had won / tried to withdraw.
I tried to withdraw for the first time on the 2nd June via Bank transfer. I was emailed to say this had been cancelled and return on the 4th June, told I need to re withdraw without spaces in my IBAN (understandable so no stress, my mistake) done this as requested on the 4th June. In the mean time had a cheaply deposit. Lift of course no worries that’s gambling. Received an email on 11th saying thi s has been cancelled again due to an error with bank transferring. This has been returned , please try a new option. Well I don’t have any other option. Checked on the withdraw tab and the bank transfer option had disappeared. Checked a few hours later and it had returned. So I have since requested the withdrawal via bank transfer ( which may I add had a new option along side IBAN, now had swift/bic.
So now 1 day later I am still pending.

Initially, I had a very good impression of this casino. I deposited a small amount and was able to play up to €3,000. Then I submitted my KYC documents (on April 23rd) and haven't received a response to date (April 27th). It's clear, of course, that I played through the money and gradually deposited another €1,100 of my own money, and it was also clear that I only got dead spins after that.

The chat support is no help at all. I wanted to lower my deposit limit to €50 a month and they told me to please write an email to support. The cashback system is also completely ridiculous. For example, I have now deposited €1100 and at my level two I should get 4% paid out on Monday. That would be €44. I have to wager this 35 times. And then suppose I manage that and have more than €44. Would you cancel the rest so that I can only withdraw €44? Which is complete bullshit in my opinion. There are other casinos where you get 10-15% cashback and can cash it out straight away or at least only have a wagering requirement of one or three times and not 35 times. All in all I have to say I am now disappointed with the casino and will not play here anymore.

Okay first of all the site has a fantastic interface and a huge selection of games.

However after winning €276 and completing the onsite verification I am still yet to receive my winnings. I requested a withdrawal of €100 5 days ago. I couldn't withdraw any more, it was winnings from free spins. After 3 days I was asked to submit more documents, several times! Yesterday I was informed that everything had been verified. My withdrawal has still not been processed. I find that pretty rude and not particularly customer-friendly.
