The player pointed out ongoing communication issues with the casino. We sent the message to the casino, asking them to look into the issue, though the player informed us about finally getting the payment before the casino representative replied. The complaint was solved as resolved.

This is the second withdrawal thru this casino that has taken nearly two months to get a withdrawal. I ut in my withdrawal on July 2nd and still have not received it to this date. They keep giving me the run around.

The first withdrawl took almost 2 months ,a little under and if I remember correctly, yes it was with a bonus. Also the first one was with bitcoin where they advertise shorter withdrawl times
