I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I encountered while playing on Stake.com

After making several deposits, I noticed that I was unable to freely access all games. Despite my deposits, I continuously faced an error stating that I had exceeded the betting limit.

Today, I contacted live chat support and was informed by the agent, Tijana, that there was an active wagering requirement on my account. This came as a surprise, as I had deposited real funds without using any bonuses, and the wagering requirement was not clearly explained on the website. Despite my explanation, Tijana insisted that I had an active bonus with wagering conditions, which was not the case.

Due to this restriction, I was unable to play my preferred games and, unfortunately, I lost all of my deposits. After a more detailed review by Tijana, it was discovered that a technical error had prevented me from playing correctly, purchasing in-game bonuses, or betting at my desired levels. The agent then removed this phantom wagering requirement and informed me that I could now play without restrictions.

While I appreciate the resolution of the technical issue, I believe this situation reflects poorly on the professionalism of such a reputable casino. As compensation for the inconvenience, I kindly request either a bonus in real funds equivalent to the total amount of my deposits or a full refund of my deposits.

Unfortunately, technical issues can occur from time to time even in the best online casinos. However, we are not able to require casinos to provide compensation for emotional distress, particularly when the deposit has already been used.

Thanks for the reply.

However i lost over 150$ because i was not able to play all the games with a normal bet on top of that i was not able to buy bonuses and this brought me to loose money for a technical issue on the website. I feel very frustrated and i request for a refund of those deposits or a bonus in real funds from Stake
