Stake Casino don't want to provide me with a copy of the data they have collected about me.
They are obligated so according to the GDPR terms. I have requested the following data for almost 2 months now.

I’m excluded and asked the casino to send me a copy of the data within a week after my exclusion.
How would they identify me if I try to make a new account if they don’t store the information?

The account was closer 25.09.2022, so they still have the data.
I’ve requested the data a couple of days after that and haven’t received it yet.
live support is also lying and saying they don’t have access to the information.
The DPO is not responding at all which is a clear violation to the GDPR
Stake Casino has operated illegally in Denmark and has ignored all my self exclusion requests.
I need the data for a lawsuit that is been prepared.
It is my understanding that Stake Casino is intentionally not giving me the data because they know that they have been violating multilple laws.

I can confirm that I got the requested data short after with the help from casino guru.
I would recommend everybody else to do the same and get a copy of the data collected by Stake Casino.
Stake Casino did not verify my identification even though I wagered millions within a short periode and deposited almost $150k

I understand that you deposited too much money in a short time, and I agree that this shouldn't happen without proper checks. Unfortunately, each country/license has different legislation; to be honest, it is very vague in Curacao. My best advice is to consult your case with a lawyer specialising in Curacao gambling law.
