Fraud Payment Provider - After successful payment the payment provider denies that they didn't received the payment
Hello, I want to share something about 1win that they don't have trusted payment provider.
When a user makes deposit to the given payment details and after successful payment when I submitted UTR on deposit page, from there onwards, the scam starts with me.
My ID is 368432464 and Deposit request number is SPP-1325098
I made a deposit of 22000 inr on 14/08/2026. After the deposit not received i submitted a appeal SPP-1325098 and later they denied my deposit with a reason that payment provider not received the payment.
They didn't checked the bank statement of provider that whether he is lying or scamming and told me that I need to contact my bank for refund and when I contacted my bank they clearly stated that payment is successful and no refund will be provided for successful transaction and I need to contact beneficiary to check there bank statement.
When I asked and explained this to support service they asked me to provide bank statement from date of deposit till current date as well as Bank response and payment receipt.
Despite providing all this details, my SPP-1325098 is still left unresolved.
From there side, no evidence they provided to me that they didn't receive this amount and from my side I provided everything.
That's I want to share that despite providing all evidences they are not ready to believe or check with payment provider regarding this.
I started losing trust in this platform because not even mentioned, many users are facing same issues with there untrusted payment provider after depositing a lump sum amount in there account.

After several days, nothing changed. Finally, I was told:
"We can no longer assist with this case."
