I had heard great things about this casino, but my experience has been very negative.
I deposited 100 euros two or three days ago, my balance was 110 euros and it wouldn't let me bet anymore.
When I went to request the withdrawal of those 110 euros, they didn't want to give them to me because they said that I hadn't yet bet the entire 100 euros that I had deposited initially.
But how am I supposed to bet on them if you won't let me bet anymore?
After speaking with them and explaining the problem, they refunded me the 110 euros.
On a positive note, I can say that once the problem was resolved, I received my money the next day.

3 days ago I was playing in this casino, it was not the first time I played, but it was the one I won, specifically 550 euros.
Well, they have blocked my account, I have sent them all the existing and future documents that prove my identity and my bank account, including my civil registration with my name.
After 3 days and several emails sent, I still have the account blocked and without having received the withdrawn money.
For the first time I've won something at this casino, everything that's happening seems like hell to me.
Furthermore, the deposit I made three days ago promised a 50% bonus that was sent 48 hours later.
None of this has happened and on the contrary, I am blocked.
