The player played with a bonus, but his winnings were limited to $250 due to a maximum cash out rule. The casino's strict verification process only added to the player's frustration. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.

This casino is more of the same nonsense from  shady online casinos. They are only honoring 250 of my 500 withdrawl. The reason they are staying is because it had a Max cash out of 10 times. Which is untrue because I took a screenshot of the bonus terms. No max cash out. Now they are using the usual delay tactics. They asked for the usual documents. After sending those in they are now saying I forgot to include a copy of my credit card. No where in the original request for documentation did they mention a copy of my credit card. The delay tactics these shady casinos use is getting old. I had high hopes for this casino but unfortunately I suggest everyone stay away from them. Chalk these guys up to another scum casino. 

 

A comment on this nonsense about the need for my credit card. These casinos don't process any cards it's handled by a third party processor. The request for this kind of information is a definite sign of a scam casino. Think about it. They don't handle credit card processing and the need for a copy of your credit card is total nonsense. It's a delay tactics that works because it's disguised as protecting us.

Thank you for contacting Casino Guru and letting us help you with your issue. Let me ask you a question to fully understand the problem. What bonus exactly did you play with? Also, could you please upload the screenshot of the Bonus T&Cs you mentioned? 

Regarding player verification, it is a common procedure for casinos to check every detail to make sure they are sending the money to the right person. It seems that SportsandCasino.com has a stricter verification process, but it's not unusual. I recommend you to find out what documents exactly the casino needs and provide them. Normally, casinos only need the first 6 and last 4 digits of the card number, so you can cover the rest of the number and the CVC code. If all the data is correct, there should be no reason for the casino to delay your withdrawal.
