I Just started using Slotostars and my first experience was with a no deposit bonus, which I met the playthrough requirements, did the KYC and made my verification deposit, only to be told the Bitcoin withdrawal option was under maintenance and I would have to wait. Well after contacting customer service, suddenly I was able to withdrawal via BTC. Today I made a deposit with LTC, made a good amount in winnings and just tried to withdrawal and am again being told the crypto withdrawal is under maintenance and I'll have to wait. It seems to me like the casino wants me to get impatient and play the winnings while I wait for the maintenance. Is there anyway you could help me with this issue? I keep being told to just wait for the maintenance to be finished but down for maintenance twice in less than two weeks seems extremely suspect to me.

Please understand, that the variety and accessibility of payment methods are not managed by the casino exclusively. Several factors as the Licensing Authority, geolocation, contracts with the payment providers, and bank restrictions, all have a major influence. If a payment method was available for deposits, it doesn’t mean necessarily, that it will be offered for withdrawals too, also it can be discontinued at any time. Unfortunately, casinos are sometimes powerless and limited in offering payment methods to their customers.

  • Was your account verified successfully in the past?

Hi I understand all of that but the issue is that it seems like the crypto withdrawal is only down when I try and use it. It is listed as an available option with the cashier and my account is verified and I have withdrawn with it before. The other option the customer service agents recommend is a casino cash card where I will be able to hold my winnings and only use at their or their sister casinos. I do no want to do that

So their crypto withdrawal system went back up yesterday 5/6, and after initiating my withdrawal I was told it would be processed today, 5/7. Well now today I am being told it will be processed tomorrow, even though my withdrawal still has not even been reviewed. But the customer service rep did inform me that I could make another deposit now and would have no playthrough requirements! Like I said it very much seems like this casino is just stalling and avoiding having to payout.
