I have won 500 in bonus, and that is the maximum this bonus offers. I have sent my documents to verify my account, their chat here button doesn't do anything and emailing their support gets 0 responses. I would like to get my account verified and withdraw my bonuses earned.

I sent the emails with the docs to be approved Nov 26 and then emailed support on Dec 4. Their chat feature shows a hyperlink to connect anytime 24/7 however it does nothing when clicked.


My documents have not been verified yet since in the site I still can't withdraw the winnings nor have I received any other email besides their auto reply.

As you forwarded the documents aprox. 2 weeks ago, I can only recommend to wait for now as they are still within a reasonable time frame. Let us know in case of any update.

So what now? I wait until the 19th to come back to you? I'm most likely not going to hear back from ragingbull since I've even sent a request to verify me in November which wasn't actioned at all by them...

After reviewing your account I see that we are still missing picture ID in order to verify the account as well as a payout method, I had a look and can't see anywhere this stuff has been submitted. I can assist if necessary.

I'm afraid there is not much that can be done here. Every bonus has its own rules that every player needs to follow.

I can leave this complaint thread open for a while to give Nick / Raging Bull room to reply, but as mentioned above, there must be a real money deposit between claiming multiple no-deposit bonuses, which you did not follow, so we are forced to reject your complaint.

Unfortunately ma86, this isn't how it works. The funds in play have to be eligible for withdrawal before you begin your play session or withdrawal is not an option. Depositing viable funds later only serves to give you the opportunity to win again (and actually withdraw from that win), it will not change the status of an existing win stemming from funds that were non-cashable in the first place.
