So my application deserves an update.
I can only recommend everyone not to get involved there.
Limits apparently do not apply.
I won 7200€ last weekend and wanted to withdraw about 3000€ of it.
I chose the bank method, Monday morning around 6-6:30am €400 was transferred, Tuesday €400, Wednesday €400 and Thursday there was nothing.

I'm still wondering what the gentlemen would like to do if someone wins 20k or more.

There are currently 1200€ being processed and 400€ are being transferred.

I wanted to leave iWild a good review, but they seem to be the type of casino I originally suspected they might be.

After I first registered several months ago, I attempted to make a withdrawal for $200.

They were initially very difficult when it came to verifying my documents; it took 7 days from my first withdrawal request to when they finally approved my kyc. They would reject my documents every day, once a day, and cancel my withdrawals during this time period. On day 7, the documents were magically accepted even though prior documents I'd sent contained the same info.

Once they officially approved my kyc, it took less than 24 hours to receive my payment (on day 8), so I thought I would give them another chance now that I had been "verified", as that seemed to be the challenging part.

Several months later, I won $450 on a cash back bonus, and the withdrawal was easy and I received it within 24 hours. I started to halfway trust them, so I made more deposits.

Now, this week, I won $1000 (no bonuses) and we're back to having problems again. 4 days ago, I made 2 $500 withdrawal requests, which were ignored and then cancelled. I initiated contact via chat, where I was told the money was coming, but then they cancelled it. I've been told it's coming again today, and it's in the final pending stage, whatever that means. I'm not convinced I'm actually talking to real people who are actually checking anything for me. Nobody responds to emails.

4 days may not seem like a lot of time, but it is extremely stressful when it is impossible to contact anyone, there are no updates to withdrawal status, and withdrawals randomly get cancelled after 48 hours. Like others have said, it seems like they they're allowing them to lapse so you keep playing and lose your money.

The dumb thing is, if they'd sent me my money in a timely manner, they'd probably have a bunch of it back by now already. I'm not even ahead in my winnings; I've deposited more than $1650 since I started playing there, so it's not like I'm asking for much.

If you have too much money and don't care when and if you get paid, this is a good website with nice design and a lot of game choices.

If you have bills to pay and expect to receive your withdrawals in a timely manner, then maybe use the several other gambling websites that don't play games with KYC, answer emails, and send withdrawals within the timeframe that they promise on their website.

The stress and uncertainty of waiting forever for my money makes me feel that this company isn't 100% trustworthy and difficult to recommend.

Edit: I did finally get paid, 5 days after my request.

Update: i have managed to make a withdraw 1000 euro. 3 withdraws 1 week still pending. No one is answering from the support, no chat no mailing

Please do not deposit any of your hard earned cash into this scam. I deposited €50 and after a couple of hours of playing I had a balance of over €2000. I was absolutely delighted with my luck. When I tried to make a withdrawal, that is when it all went wrong. I successfully passed their initial verification process. Then I started to get emails asking for more verification documents, all of which were in order and were sent. Then they stopped replying to my emails. After a couple of days they blocked my account and are refusing to pay out my winnings. It is just blatant theft. It is 4 am in the morning and I was at my friends place, playing some slots and drinking whiskey, why not, right? Well, it didn't happen. I logged into my account, forwarded myself directly from the email link and there was no bonus in my account. I decided to contact the live support and hopefully they can fix the issue, well they just made it worse. The customer support whom goes by the name of ' Valentin ' definitely was ignorant, hypocrite and not willing to help at all. He explained to me in a really broken english, most likely copy-paste phrases, which he used to communicate with me, that I do not have a bonus, but this is a 'preparation' for a bonus if I do some activity on my account. This is the first time I ever witnessed such a 'bait' and ignorancy. I wouldn't ever visit this casino again and I hope you do the same thing. Been gambling for 7+ years now, not proud of what I am doing, but definitely never seen such a bad experience in my whole gambling life.
