The player from Alaska received a sign-up bonus, met wager requirements, and verified the account. However, access to his account was blocked after he tried to withdraw his winnings. The player contacted support and received a case number, but no further assistance. After gathering all the necessary information, we end up closing this complaint as unjustified due to breaching the casino's Terms and Conditions - reasonable grounds to believe the player registered and used more than one account in the casino. The casino acted in accordance with its Terms and Conditions.

I received a $50 sign up bonus and met the wager requirements of 2000+ dollars for a total maximum withdrawal amount of $100.

In order to be able to withdraw I had to make a $10 btc deposit to confirm bitcoin wallet address. All verification documents have been submitted and excepted. I was allowed to make the withdrawal of $75 from the account and it was in pending status. I logged in the next day to check the status as I still had yet received the bitcoin payout, just to find out my account has been blocked access and no correspondence regarding this. I sent support an email about my issue and they gave me a case number and that is all I have heard from the casino.

I opened the account on 6-25-23. Verified the account the same day I made the withdraw as it was an obligation before withdrawing, on 6-27-23 using hooyu.com link. I was fully verified and allowed to place the withdraw of 75.00 BTC after verification of my btc wallet by making a 19.00 deposit to my account 6-27-23 . Which was completed and added to my account balance. Once my wallet was verified I requested the withdraw of 75 btc and was left pending. The next day 6-28-23 I went to login on raging bull website to see if it was successful and I was denied access stating the page could not be found after entering my info. I sent support an email about access and they gave me the case number listed. No reply back still about my funds or account.

Yes, you are partially right. The "old" Raging Bull Casino has recently been closed as they wanted to undergo some changes, including changing their URL. The old URL was www.ragingbullcasino.com now the new URL is www.ragingbull.casino, but I can't confirm if the "refurbished" casino is fully operational now as the casino representative has not informed us about it yet. Anyway, the casino you have submitted your complaint on Raging Bull Slots is operating normally.

Apologies, I have been traveling abroad so not keeping my normal office hours. Thanks for the patience. I reviewed the situation and the account in question has been deactivated, only one account per player per household is allowed and the player in question has already had banned accounts for this reason. Unfortunately there is little that can be done in this situation.

After reviewing the data provided to me by Nick, I am afraid I am no longer able to pursue this case. There is sufficient, detailed evidence of multiple accounts linked with personal information, IPs, and cookies. Under these circumstances, I will not be able to help you with this and this complaint will now be rejected. Casinos have a very strict policy regarding multiple account cases that have been used in this way. The casino's rules are accepted upon registration, and players are obliged to read them before acceptance. Only 1 account is permitted per person, and bonus abuse is strictly prohibited.
