Hey there my complaint is that my host Samantha M. went on vacation for 3 weeks and no one was assigned my accounts I have all sister accounts totaling 22 accounts and active so when I need something just about every host tells me I have to wait to get any exceptions and all my withdrawals has been slower and not moving so my point is when someone goes on vacation somebody needs to take over until host comes back Iam feeling like I have been cheated and unfair treatment

My issue is not about withdrawal my issue is my host has been on vacation and no one was assigned all my accounts when I get on chat asking for chips or ect they say wait until your host gets back so my point is I Just wanted someone to take over until my host gets back it hurts me to have 22 sister accounts and no one wants to help someone with this many accounts so all I wanted is support while host was out now to clear this complaint a nice credit from rewards club credit would be nice thank u
